Tim Maloney
Partner

Tim Maloney graduated from the University of Texas in 1986 and received his law degree from St. Mary's University. Mr. Maloney is the youngest of five children, all attorneys and is the son of Pat Maloney, Sr., a nationally known trial attorney. Tim has been practicing law for 19 years and specializes in civil litigation. Mr. Maloney has numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and has represented clients from all across the United States. Mr. Maloney was lead counsel in the largest civil rights verdict in the history of the state of Tennessee, lead counsel in a $6 million verdict representing the daughter of a district court judge who was tragically burned to death and lead counsel in a $26.5 million settlement involving elderly investors defrauded by a national securities firm. Mr. Maloney actually tries lawsuits and that is becoming a very rare art for attorneys these days.

Paul Campolo
Partner

Paul E. Campolo graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1981 where he received his bachelor's degree. In 1984 he received his law degree from St. Mary's University. He served as Assistant District Attorney for the Taylor County District Attorney's Office from 1984 - 1987 and as Assistant District Attorney for the Bexar County District Attorney's Office from 1987 - 1989. Mr. Campolo tried to jury over 100 felonies with a 99% conviction rate. Paul has been practicing law for 26 years and specializes in civil litigation and securities. Mr. Campolo has successfully represented many clients who have lost their life savings as a result of unsuitable investments by brokerage firms. Mr. Campolo has also tried a number of personal injury cases with outstanding results.

In 2009, Mr. Campolo & Mr. Maloney represented the father of a 14-year old boy who was killed in a motor vehicle accident. Five other people were also killed in the accident. The case arose out of a head-on collision on December 31, 2006, on a highway near the Texas border. A Ford F-250 pickup suffered a partial left front tread-belt detachment of a BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tire. The jury found a manufacturing defect in the tire. Michelin manufactured the tire. The jury further found that the partial de-tread altered the path of the pickup which caused it to travel into oncoming traffic and collide with a Chevrolet Suburban. The jury found against Michelin and awarded the plaintiffs $11.96 million.

Mr. Campolo has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1984 and is currently a member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the San Antonio Bar Association. Mr. Campolo has been Awarded a Rating of AV Preeminent. The AV Preeminent Rating is the pinnacle of professional excellence earned through a strenuous Peer Review Rating Process. The AV rating is the Highest Possible Rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. Mr. Campolo has earned this rating 7 straight years.
