MISSION STATEMENT
We don't take a lot of lawsuits. At Maloney & Campolo, we screen our cases very carefully. Quite frankly, a lot of firms will take on any case that comes in the door. At Maloney & Campolo, we decline representation over eighty percent (80%) of the time. Why? Many times we advise the client to try and resolve the situation themselves. For example, when there is limited insurance, and your injuries clearly exceed the available coverage, we will advise you to contact the insurance carrier yourself. There is no need to pay an attorney unless they truly assist you with your problem.
Careful screening allows us to concentrate our efforts on those people who truly need our help. It does no one any good to file frivolous or unnecessary lawsuits. Our judicial system should be reserved for those who truly need help and compensation.
In our opinion, billing by the hour is just plain wrong. We believe in one thing: You should only get paid if you produce results. If we lose, we should not get paid:
At Maloney & Campolo, we charge a one-third contingency fee. It costs you absolutely nothing out of pocket to employ us. If we are unsuccessful, you owe nothing. No hidden fees, no reimbursement.
We win, we get paid. We lose, we don't. Simple as that.
