At Maloney & Campolo we screen our cases very carefully. Quite frankly, a lot of firms will take on any case that comes in the door. At Maloney & Campolo we decline representation over eighty percent (80%) of the time. Why? For example, when there is limited insurance and your injuries clearly exceed the available coverage, we will advise you to contact the insurance carrier yourself. There is no need to pay an attorney unless they can truly assist you with your problem.

Careful screening allows us to concentrate our efforts on those people who need our help. It does no one any good to file frivolous or unnecessary lawsuits. Our judicial system should be reserved for those who are seriously injured. In our opinion, billing by the hour is just plain wrong. We believe that attorneys should only get paid if they are successful. At Maloney & Campolo we charge a one-third (1/3) contingency fee. If we are unsuccessful, you owe nothing. No hidden fees, no reimbursement.
